Understanding our refund and replacement procedures
Damaged Product Policy
If you receive a damaged product, email us within 2 days with images of the damaged item and its packaging.
Important: Image of the packaging is a must in order to verify that the product was damaged before it was opened.
We will respond within 24-48 hours regarding replacement or refund options. In case a refund is issued from our end, it will reflect in your account within 7-15 business days.
Please keep in mind, not all claims will be eligible for a refund or replacement. The eligibility will be determined after careful assessment of the images and proofs. A false claim will lead to legal or similar consequences.
Please Note
No refund/replacement will be entertained after 2 days of the product delivery.
Any damage caused to the products after being used by the customer is solely their responsibility. These are handmade products and are meant to be handled carefully.
We do not offer exchanges (except in case a wrong product is delivered). To be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.
For missing deliveries, please raise a Proof of Delivery (POD) dispute within 48 hours.
