Information regarding delivery times and shipping rates
(Currently, we are shipping orders within Pakistan only.)
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping across Pakistan for all orders above Rs. 5,000. For orders below Rs. 5,000, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 will be charged at checkout.
Shipping Time
Since our products are often handmade with care, orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days depending on your city/location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details via Email or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking ID to check the status of your shipment.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
In case a delivery attempt fails due to the buyer's unavailability or incorrect address, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the courier company/rider. If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
